Seven steps, in order. The whole thing takes about five minutes.
Head to 6 Terry Road, East Hampton. The gate will already be open — no code, no call ahead. Follow the drive past the tree line to the motor court at the top.
Park anywhere in the motor court. Please leave the garage bays and the turnaround clear so service vehicles can get through.
Enter 4545 on the keypad, then press the ✓ check button. The same code works on the front door and on the garage keypad — use whichever you reach first.
Enter 1966 at the keypad just inside the entry. Same code arms it again when you leave. If it sounds before you reach the pad, key it in anyway — it stops immediately.
Join Casa Profundo ext. with the password Beachplease. It reaches the main house, the gym and the pool deck.
The house is set to 72° across all zones and the pool and spa are up to temperature. Sonos is live in every zone, and every TV is signed out of the last guest's accounts — sign into your own and sign back out before you leave.
Ring (347) 213-5968 once you're in — I want to know you got through the door and that everything is the way it should be. Anything that isn't, I'll fix the same day.

Two crews come through on a fixed schedule. Neither needs anything from you beyond the trash.
Bring bags down to the front gate the night before. Pickup is Tuesday and Saturday mornings — nothing else is needed from you.
The pool team comes Tuesday and Saturday mornings to test and balance the water. They work outside only; you won't need to let anyone in.
Every zone is set to 72°. Adjust the thermostat in whichever room you're in — the zones are independent, so cooling one won't fight another.
Both run off the wall switches by the gym. The steam generator comes up within about five minutes; the sauna needs longer. Switch both off when you're done.
Every zone is paired and named by room. Join the Wi-Fi first, then open the Sonos app — the system will find the house automatically.
A light out, a slow drain, a remote with dead batteries — text me and it gets handled that day. Don't wait until check-out to mention it.
